Select intake for application: September or January. September is the main intake in UAE, with the most number of programs and scholarships available. January is a smaller intake, with fewer options and opportunities. (Start your application process at least 6 to 9 months before your desired intake).
● Research and shortlist preferred universities and programs. You can speak to our overseas education consultants to learn about admission requirements, deadlines, fees, rankings, and scholarships of different universities and programs in the UAE.
● Appear for required English language tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or EmSAT. Send your official test scores to your shortlisted universities.
● Apply to your shortlisted universities through their official websites or a common application portal, such as NAPO or CAA. Fill out the online application form and upload your academic transcripts, language test scores, and other documents. Pay an application fee of AED 0 to AED 500 depending on the university and program.
● If accepted, confirm the offer and pay a tuition deposit within the specified deadline.
● Apply for a student visa from the UAE government – show your proof of acceptance from
a Designated Learning Institution (DLI), proof of financial support, proof of identity, health insurance (DHA), and medical examination results. The student visa fee is AED 3000.
Canadian colleges and universities provide three intakes and it may also be referred to as a semester in various universities. There are three intake options in Canada.

To apply for a UAE student visa, follow these steps:
● Students must fill the visa application form and attach a passport-sized photograph to it.
● Make sure that the attached photograph meets the required specifications.
● Complete the application by attaching the required documents as per the checklist.
● Submit your application
● On visa approval, collect a visa copy from the application center.
Checklist –
➔ A valid passport.
➔ Four Passport copies.
➔ Recent twelve passport-sized photographs with white background.
➔ Admission Offer Letter received from UAE university.
➔ Students Bank statement for the verification of funds.
➔ Atenancy agreement.If a student does not have any, he must get a letter from the
university if needed.
➔ Copy of tuition fee receipt for the current year of the study program.
➔ Copy of visa fee receipt for the current year of the study program
➔ Post-graduate students need to show proof of their under graduate degree
➔ Once the student reaches Dubai, he needs to undergo a medical test from an authorized medical center. The test generally includes a medical and chest X-ray for HIV, Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, Leprosy, Syphilis and Tuberculosis.
➔ If any of these test results are positive, then the student will be deported except for Syphilis because it can be treated.
